Kylie Kelce has officially confirmed what every exhausted parent secretly knows: raising kids is not for the faint-hearted.

In a brutally honest Instagram video, the mum-of-four revealed that one of her daughters accidentally ate dog food — while another happily licks crackers off the floor and tries to feed them back to her.

“Four kids. Two in school. One who eats food off the ground. Another who ate the dog’s dinner,” Kylie laughed. “They are absolutely disgusting.”

Sharing daughters Wyatt (6), Elliotte (4), Bennett (2) and baby Finnley (8 months) with husband Jason Kelce, Kylie joked that germs now rule her home.

“I’m basically the defensive coordinator of this household,” she added. “I refuse to be blindsided by cold and flu season.”

Jason, meanwhile, admits that life has become harder since his fame exploded — but insists they’re determined to keep their family life normal, Disney trips and all.

Because behind the Super Bowls and spotlight… it’s still crumbs, chaos and dog food.
